Shipping and Delivery

As a consequence of Brexit, we no longer ship to the UK. Brexit has doubled our handling costs with customs and the shipping costs have also doubled. Therefore, it is not sustainable for us to deliver to the UK anymore. 

Whether or not we will ship to the UK in the future is not known. However, it is not something we are working on at this moment in time.

We deliver to a number of selected destinations in Europe. The shipping price is country-specific and can be viewed when ordering. Shipping costs will be from 8 Euros.

When we dispatch your package from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a track-and-trace number. If you don’t have the number, simply contact us by email, chat, or phone. and we can tell you what it is.

Even before you place your order, you can see when we expect to dispatch the package to you. You can see this information when you select the size of the item you want to buy as well as in your basket. We also include this information in your order confirmation.

For example, it may say “Shipped within 2–4 working days”. This means it takes 2–4 working days for us to dispatch your package from our warehouse. After this, delivery by PostNord usually takes 3–6 working days (however, we usually use a different/local carrier).

If it says “Shipped as soon as possible” and you order before 2pm, we will dispatch the package the same day you place your order.

However, from this EU shop, we are only able to deliver packages to a parcel shop in in Ireland. For all other countries, we offer home delivery only.

We pack orders every day of the week. However, in Ireland (the only country where we can deliver to a parcel shop from this EU shop), there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery is normally 4–6 working days by PostNord, and this is the only courier we use. However, in most countries a local/other courier takes over. We do not have a faster option than this; not even at extra cost.

Items that come from a remote warehouse are shipped within the days stated in the size selection and in your basket. If you have already ordered, the information will be stated in your order confirmation.

If you do not collect your package within 3–6 working days, it will be automatically returned to us, and we will create a return request for the order. Then, you will get your money back for the package minus the cost of return shipping. If you contact us as soon as possible, we can send the package to you again unless it has been credited. If that is the case, you will have to place your order again. Please contact us regarding free delivery of the new package.

There are some destinations we do not deliver to because of VAT regulations.

If the postal code cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot deliver to the destination. This includes Svalbard and Jan Mayen, the Canary Islands, Åland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, Jersey, Guernsey and the other Channel Islands, the Shetland Islands and Gibraltar.

If your package has been sent and you have not received the package two working days later, you are very welcome to contact us by email, chat, or phone, and we will investigate the matter further.

Unfortunately, we cannot correct your information for you because your order is sent directly to PostNord at the time of ordering. You must therefore contact us by email, chat, or phone, so we can provide your track-and-trace number.

When we receive orders, they are packed in turn. If your order consists exclusively of items that are in stock and you order on a weekday before 2pm, the order will be packed and shipped the same day. If the goods are not in stock, it may take longer. You can see this from the size you put in the basket and on your order confirmation.

We do not pick orders manually. They are picked by robots at our fully automated 2,000 m2 warehouse. The items are stored in a robotic system with 57,000 boxes and 36 lightning-fast robots. We pack the orders into shipping pouches/boxes at 8 manned packing stations.

Once your order has been initiated, the goods are picked up by a robot and sent down to a packing station. As soon as one of the employees has packed your order, it will come out with the delivery method you chose when you ordered the item.
