Order status and changes to an order
To view your order status, you can use the “Find order” function.
Enter your email and your order number, and then you will be able to see your order status including how long the shipment is expected to take, or if the order has already been shipped.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact customer service by email, chat, or phone.
If you would like partial delivery of your order, please contact customer service by email, chat, or phone.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact customer service by email, chat, or phone. Please include the word “cancellation” when writing to us so that we can prioritize your enquiry.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to stop your order before shipping. If it has already been shipped, we can recall the package and create a credit note. Then your money will be refunded as described here.
