This Portwest DX4 full stretch softshell jacket combines a windproof and water-repellent outer layer with freedom of movement from full 4-way stretch. The jacket is constructed in three layers and has an outer material of 92% polyester and 8% elastane. It is lined with 100% polyester on the inside. The water column is stated as 8,000 mm, while the breathability is 3,000 MVP.

During a day that alternates between movement and time spent outdoors, the ergonomic design of the sleeves can help provide unrestricted movement. The sleeve width is adjusted with hook-and-loop fastening, and the extended back provides extra coverage. The attached hood is adjustable, while the high collar and chin guard at the full-length zip finish the jacket around the neck.

Two chest pockets and side pockets, all with zips, provide space for smaller items. Reflective details increase visibility. This softshell jacket therefore combines wind protection, water-repellent properties and flexibility in one lined jacket.
