This Deerhunter Recon Dura-Tex Membrane jacket is a practical shooting jacket made from 100% polyester with a mesh lining. The jacket has taped seams, a water column of 5,000 mm and a breathability rating of 5,000 MVP. It is waterproof, windproof and durable, while panels with full 4-way stretch provide freedom of movement. The contrast panels give the jacket a distinctive look, and the extended back increases comfort during activity.

For hunting days, the pocket layout provides space for relevant equipment. The jacket features zipped chest pockets, front pockets with flaps, handwarmer pockets, a game pocket and an inner zipped pocket. One chest pocket has an opening for an antenna, and the cartridge holders allow for storage of cartridges. Zipped ventilation channels can be opened as needed.

The full-length 2-way zip is complemented by a chin guard and a storm flap with Velcro fastening. The high collar and the detachable, adjustable hood offer several adjustment options. The sleeve width can be adjusted with Velcro, while the hem can be adjusted with an elastic drawcord. The ergonomically pre-shaped elbows support the jacket's functional fit.
