If you have just placed an order and wish to cancel your purchase, you can request an order cancellation by entering your order number and the email address used when placing the order.

Important: Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, please use the enclosed return label and return the item after delivery.

Once you submit your request, we will create a case and process it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your request has been received.
