Blåkläder HEAVYWEIGHT long johns 1891 with merino wool

Blåkläder HEAVYWEIGHT thermal long johns 1891 with merino wool

These thermal long johns are from Blåkläder and belong to the HEAVYWEIGHT series. When the cold bites, it’s all about a stable layer closest to the body, with a focus here on cold protection down to -30°C. The material combination of wool and polypropylene provides a functional base: merino wool helps regulate temperature, while polypropylene supports moisture wicking. The result is a pair of thermal long johns designed to work under other layers without adding unnecessary bulk.

Blåkläder HEAVYWEIGHT thermal long johns 1891 with merino wool are also breathable and odour-inhibiting, and they feature antibacterial and dirt-repellent properties, which can be an advantage during prolonged wear. Stretch in the fabric provides freedom of movement, and details such as an elastic waistband and ribbed leg openings help keep the fit in place so the warmth stays where it should.
