These safety boots from Blåkläder are called Elite and are classified as S3S. The story starts with what you notice first: the ground beneath you. The outsole is made of nitrile and is heat resistant up to 300°C, while also being slip resistant and oil repellent. The outsole’s FO property means resistance to oil and petrol, and SR/SC indicates slip-resistant properties, while the ladder grip provides extra traction when working on ladders.

The upper is made of oiled leather, and the boot is closed with laces for an adjustable fit. Inside, PU foam and textile are combined, contributing to moisture-absorbing comfort, breathability and shock absorption. The toe cap is composite, and the puncture-resistant midsole is textile.
